Estimate

Complete Interior Painting- All rooms with the exception of closets, first floor bathroom and master bathroom. In the guest bedroom we will be painting the trim only.

Trim

Trim will be prepped as needed and painted 1 coat in a semi gloss finish.

Prior to painting we will caulk open joints, gaps and seams.

Walls

We will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color in Benjamin Moore Regal Select matte finish premium paint.

Oak handrails and oak portions around stairway

We will sand using electric orbital sanders to break the finish, then prime and paint 2 coats of semi gloss paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials for the above options: $6,700

Ceilings

All ceilings in the above listed rooms will be painted 1 coat of pure flat white ceiling paint.

Labor and Materials for ceilings: $1,900

Upon completion we will leave any leftover paints for future touch ups.

If you are going to change out door knobs we will remove them prior to painting and install new door knobs free of charge. This does not include the main front door.

If you would like us to change out the hinges on interior doors to a newer style we can do that for an additional $200.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
