Estimate

Interior Painting - Scope of work to include painting ceilings, walls and re-staining wood work.

Floors will be covered using Ram Board to protect floors while painting as well as protecting floors while using ladders and scaffolding. Bring in clean air machines.

Labor and Materials: $12,000

Ceilings -

We noticed that ceilings are flaking in areas and this is indicative of calcimine which was used on older type ceilings.

Peeling areas will be scraped.

Will prime complete ceiling with calci-coat primer.

Will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Then top coat with one coat of flat paint.

Walls -

Walls in area will be prepped and painted 2 coats in your choice of color. (I recommend Matte finish.)

Labor and Materials: $35,000

Wood work -

All wood work currently stained will be sanded and stained.

Will apply a coat of sealer.

Then apply 1 coat of gloss polyurethane.

Areas such as window sills and window edges where the sun has weathered them extremely bad will require additional sanding and an additional coat of polyurethane.

Area on upper balcony that was water damaged will need to be sanded, re-stained to match existing, sealed and polyurethaned.

Labor and Materials: $31,315

This project will include painting of complete room as well as upper balcony area.

Scope of work will NOT include performing any work up on the stage or behind the stage area. Work is in main room only.

Once painting is completed will remove all debris, protective floor covering, and will wipe down floors.

Curtains will be removed from window and will not be re-installed, they will be disposed of.

Will bring in all necessary ladders, scaffolding, etc. required to perform job. Will also run clean air machines to turn air over in room and help to gather dust and eliminate some paint fumes.

**Upon completion any left over paints will be left for future touch ups.

Total Labor and Materials for complete project: $78,315

**Upon winning bid we will provide General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp Certificates, W9 for tax purposes and our Mass Commbuys Vendor #.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: Will require a $10,000 deposit to get project started and the remaining $68,315 to be paid upon completion.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
