Interior painting of random walls throughout home-

Painting to be used will be Sherwin Williams Crisp Linen in flat super paint.

Areas to include:

Kitchen

Paint walls complete

Wall over stove will be degreased as needed

Walls under and around island area.

One wall in living room.

One wall in office.

Approximately 4 sections of wall in front entry.

Master bedroom

2 walls, ceiling-very small patch in corner, keeping touch up spot as small as possible so that it doesn't stand out.

Hallway 2 walls going to master bath

Stairwell going to second floor

Paint 2 walls in upper loft area

We will repair corner that is chipped.

Upstairs bedroom

One wall

Stairwell going to basement

Paint 3 walls

Wall with large picture will not be painted. We will not be removing picture as we understand it is heavy and we will only be painting remaining 3 walls.

I believe this includes all areas however if there is another couple walls that I missed, that will also be included in this quote.

Labor and Materials: $1,900

While painting we will cover floors and furnishings as needed to prevent paint spatter.

Scope of this work is limited to the areas only. Does not include any ceilings or trim.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
