Estimate

Exterior painting of house and shed

Soft wash

House and shed will be completely soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will also include washing of flower box.

Siding

Complete house will be sanded using electric orbital sanders to remove as much loose flaking stain as possible.

Rusty nail heads will be spot primed with Rustoleum primer.

All siding on home and shed will be stained with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes acrylic siding stain in your choice of color as we realize there will be a slight color change.

Trim

Trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Loose flaking paint areas will be sanded.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Bare wood will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams satin Duration paint to all trim on home.

Corner board on left side of house that is currently deteriorating- we will remove complete corner board all the way to the top and replace with Azek.

All flower boxes on home will be painted to match trim.

Shutters and doors will be prepped as needed and painted 2 coats of the same color using Sherwin Williams satin Duration paint.

Downspouts will be removed so we can paint behind them and reinstall upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Labor and Materials: $13,500

While scraping and painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter and to contain sanding dust.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
