Estimate

Exterior Painting:

Option 1 - Front of house - body and trim. Remove shutters, paint right side of house and paint shed.

Trim will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 1 complete topcoat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Clapboards on house will be sanded.

Will apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Flat paint.

Will remove shutters.

Shed will be prepped and painted. Does not include replacing rot.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

2nd coat for added protection

Additional Cost of: $1,400

Options 2 - Shutters - If you would like shutters painted and re-installed

Will scrape and sand as needed.

Will apply 2 complete coats in your choice of color and re-install upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $400

Option 3 - Shed

The above option is to paint shed but not replace any rot. Fixing shed door rot included in this option.

Rot replacement for shed will be an additional charge of approximately $300 to $400.

Option 4 - Paint trim on left side of house.

Trim will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Labor and Materials: $725

2nd coat for added protection

Additional Cost of: $400

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
