Estimate

Exterior- Complete painting of exterior and garage

House and garage will be washed using mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew.

Once home is thoroughly dry we will scrape and sand loose paint on both trim and siding with electric orbital sanders to remove as much flaking paint as possible.

All open joints gaps and seams will be caulked.

On areas around bottom of house where it is severely peeling, we will prime with a moisture barrier primer before top coating with paint.

All siding and trim on home will be painted with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams satin Duration premium paint.

Paint will be applied with roll and back brush technique for a longer lasting finish, not sprayed.

Shutters on home will be removed, primed and painted, and reinstalled upon completion.

Garage door and house door will be primed and painted.

Accent red in breezeway will be repainted in the same color.

Downspouts on house will be removed while painting and reinstalled upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

While painting we will take precautions to contain as much peeling paint flakes as possible

Labor and Materials $7,850

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
