Interior -

Option 1 - Holes through out house will be repaired as needed to a smooth uniform finish.

Stress cracks will be repaired.

Ceilings will be painted flat white.

Wood work will be painted in a semi-gloss finish.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color in an Eggshell finish.

Labor and Materials: $9,850

Option 2 - All cabinets and vanities in house will be washed. As they are extremely dirty and discolored.

Will apply 1 coat of polyurethane to seal and protect.

Labor and Materials: $1,620

Option 3 - Interior ceiling and walls of Garage

Holes will be filled as needed.

Garage ceiling and walls will be painted in a standard white.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

Option 4 - 18 shutters and front door

Will prep as needed.

Will paint to match existing color before it became severely faded.

Labor and Materials: $975

Option 5 - Exterior of Home

Will soft wash house to remove dirt and mildew.

Rear of home will be scrubbed and washed due to extreme mildew.

Labor and Materials: $700

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
