Estimate

Option 1- Painting of stairway skirt boards around stairway

Skirt boards will be sanded and painted with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams white semigloss. Please note this does not include spindles on stairway.

Labor and Materials: $370

Option 2- First floor master bedroom walls and baseboard

We realize the room will be getting carpeted in about 2 weeks so that we can paint all the way down to the bottom of the floor we will cut back carpet around edge of room approximately 1 inch.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Baseboard will be painted white semi gloss.

(We will not be painting ceilings and the only trim to be painted in the room will be the baseboard.)

Labor and Materials: $1,250

Option 3- Upstairs bedroom

Upstairs bedroom walls will be painted 2 coats

Baseboard will be painted semigloss white.

We will paint inside of closet flat white.

(This does not include ceiling or any other trim with the exception of the baseboard.)

We realize there is new carpet and we will cover it off to keep it clean and free of paint.

Labor and Materials: $820

Option 4- Loft at top of stairway (not to include stairway)

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Baseboards will be painted semigloss white.

(We will not be painting ceilings and the only trim to be painted in the room will be the baseboard.)

We realize there is new carpet and we will cover it off to keep it clean and free of paint.

Labor and Materials: $900

While painting we will take precautions to cover flooring, furniture, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials for All Options: $3,340

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
