Option 1 -

2 story living room - Top half of walls - will not paint lower half where darker color is.

Smaller bathroom at end of hallway - Top half of walls - will not paint lower half where darker color is.

Will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen.

Labor and Materials: $2,250

Option 2 - Paint Master bathroom ceiling

Ceiling will be painted 1 coat of flat white paint.

Labor and Materials: $125

Option 3 - Master bathroom ceiling

Ceiling will be painted 1 coat of flat white paint

Labor and Materials: $50

**While painting will take precautions to cover furnishings, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

**In living room around ceiling where wall meets ceiling, will apply caulking where currently cracked.

**Scope of project is limited to walls only, does not include trim or ceilings with the exception of the options given for Master bedroom and Master bathroom ceilings.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
