Exterior Painting: Painting of home

Front clapboards on home will be sanded using a random electric orbital sander to remove as much flaking paint as possible.

Will stain front of home 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Siding Stain in your choice of color.

All trim on home including windows will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium Paint to all trim and windows.

Doors will be painted in your choice of color.

On left side of home if window sills are rotted, will either repair or replace them.

On right side of home we noticed one piece of rotted wood on window casing, this will be replaced.

Labor and Materials: $7,900

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Will take precautions to cover roofs, walk ways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Any extra paints will be left for your records and future touch ups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
