Estimate

Scope of work to include 4 outside walls in 4 different rooms

Loose flaking tape will be removed.

We will add drywall screws above and below the seams that are currently cracking.

Seams will be retaped with mesh tape.

1 coat of durabond compound will be applied for a harder finish and top coated with easy sand joint compound.

Once this is thoroughly dry, areas will be sanded to a smooth finish.

Affected areas will be primed and walls will be painted complete.

Even with our best efforts of preparation, we will not be able to guarantee that these cracks do not come back at some point.

While working in these areas we will tape off floors to contain all dust and to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $1,650

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
