Estimate

Exterior Painting:

Complete exterior of home will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

All exterior trim will be prepped as needed.

This includes porch & porch ceilings.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Nail holes will be puttied.

Bare wood will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint, color to remain the same.

Front of house clapboards after thoroughly washed will be sanded as needed.

Will topcoat with Sherwin Williams Flat Duration Premium paint, color to remain the same.

Carpentry/Rot

Various areas around house will be replaced using a vinyl composite product.

Such areas are around front of home, a couple rotted spots on garage, lower clapboards on garage, corner boards on side of house, approximately 10-15 pieces.

Deck on back of house will be washed only. Will not be painting or staining it.

Labor and Materials: $9,500

Additional Option:

We can remove all roof shingles and dispose of. Apply tar paper and apply your (homeowner supplying shingles) roof shingles.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

**Note:

Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

Because of the climate we live in we are unable to guarantee wooden decks and will not be held responsible. It is a horizontal surface that water sits on repeatedly and no matter how much preparation we do there can still be flaking and peeling caused from it. The constant sun, rain and snow causes wear and tear on a flat surface that we have no control over.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
