3 sides of shingles will have 1 clear coat of sealer applied.
I recommend a Latex Product you may not see it on the shingles but they will be protected.
If you would like to see it we can use an oil based product that will give a slight wet look, however this will tend to wear unevenly as time goes on.
For this reason we recommend Latex.
This will be done with a brush and roll technique and not sprayed, will use a small roller and back brush to allow for a longer lasting finish because its worked into the shingles.
Labor and Materials: $1,700
Will cover surrounding areas from spatter while clear coating.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
