Estimate

Interior Painting -

Will paint interior of home to include all rooms with the exception of 1 art room on lower level, will not be painting upper half of 1st floor bathroom walls as it is going to be wallpapered, and will not be painting inside of any closets other than the pantry.

Walls -

Will fix minor holes and imperfections in walls.

Any nails you would like removed will patch in those areas.

Walls will be painted Benjamin Moore Simply White except for the upstairs bathroom that will be in Super White.

Trim - in above listed rooms

Will prep as needed.

Any open joints or gaps will be caulked.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Benjamin Moore semi-gloss paint color Simply White to all wood work.

Will paint 2 bathroom ceilings with mildew resistant paint.

Labor and Materials: $5,500

Additional Option -

If you would like all ceilings in home to be painted with the exception of the 2 bathrooms, will paint 1 coat in Flat White.

Labor and Materials: $1,250

**Will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Also if you need assistance hanging pictures back up at the end of the project we can help you with that.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
