We will cover furnishings as needed and floors will be covered to prevent paint spatter.
Minor holes and imperfections in walls will be filled prior to painting.
Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color in a matte finish paint.
Trim in these rooms will be painted 2 coats your choice of color with a semi gloss finish paint.
Labor and Materials: $5,900
We realize 1 door casing has what appears to be termite damage and it will be getting replaced. If it is not done prior to us starting, we will come back to paint it once it is replaced.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
