Estimate

Interior- Scope of work to include complete painting of basement and stairway.

Floors will be completely covered off with rosin paper to protect new floors and to protect against any paint spatter.

Ceilings

Ceilings will be painted 1 coat of flat white.

Walls

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls.

If you'd like to have phone jack removed and speaker wires pushed in and patched, that would be included in this quote.

Patched areas will be spot primed.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color in either matte or eggshell finish- we recommend matte.

Trim

All trim/ woodwork will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams semi gloss white paint.

All extra paints will be left for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $4,225

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
