Estimate

Interior painting- Rooms to be painted will include front entry, sitting room on the left, office, kitchen area, room to the right of the stairway, stairway, and bathroom.

Stairway will be painted to the top of stairway and landing.

Newly patched ceilings will be primed and painted flat white.

Newly plastered walls will be primed and painted Benjamin Moore Timid White egg shell.

Existing walls that are currently a tan color will require an additional coat.

New trim will have all nail holes puttied, all open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked, and woodwork will be painted Benjamin Moore Timid White semi gloss.

All doors in this area will also be painted Timid White semi gloss.

First floor bathroom ceiling will be primed and painted flat white.

Inside of front door will be painted Creekside Green 2141-40. We will not be painting exterior side of front door.

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
