Estimate

Interior- Kitchen, living room, hallway by bathroom

Option 1

-Kitchen will be painted red using your paint

-Living room and small hallway walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color

-Paint baseboards

Prior to painting we will repair stress cracks under beams as well as some water stains

Labor and Material: $3150

Option 2

-Living room ceiling will be painted flat white for an additional cost of $225

Option 3

Bathroom

-We will remove loose flaking popcorn ceiling

Bathroom will be completely covered off to contain dust & scrapings

-We will scrape as much texture off as possible

-Ceilings will be textured with a light stucco to match bedroom

-Ceilings will be painted flat white

-Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color

-Trim will not be painted in bathroom with the exception of 2 or 3 pieces of baseboard that will be painted

No stained wood in this room will be painted

Labor and Material: $1000

We realize you have a lot of furniture, knickknacks and things that need to be moved. We can assist with moving things for you. We will sheet plastic over items to keep dust off as well as keeping them free and clear of paint. Floors will be covered with drop cloths as needed

Total for all options: $4375

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
