Complete interior painting- All ceilings, walls and trim with the exception of kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Ceiling
Ceiling will be painted 1 coat of flat paint in either a white or a slight off-white color.
Trim
Trim in home will be lightly sanded.
Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.
We will paint 2 coats of Benjamin Moore satin pearl finish in your choice of color.
When painting trim we will roll and back brush to smooth out roller texture.
Walls
We will fill holes and imperfections and paint 2 coats your choice of color.
Furnishings will be covered with light sheet plastic and floors will be covered with drop cloths to prevent paint spatter.
Labor and Materials: $5,900
Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.
WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
