Estimate

Interior- Painting of cabinetry

All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed.

We will wash them to remove any debris and grease.

Doors and drawer fronts will be brought back to our shop. Pieces that can't be removed such as frames, end panels etc. will be left in place.

All cabinet parts will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, primed with a bonding primer and painted 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen in the product that you desire.

Doors and drawer fronts will be sprayed. Parts that cannot be removed will be brushed and rolled with a fine foam roller on site.

We will be not be painting inside of any cabinets or drawers unless they have glass doors, in which case we will paint inside of the cabinets.

Once everything is dry we will reinstall upon completion and leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $3,950

Option 2- Painting of ceiling, walls and trim in kitchen

Ceilings will be painted flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color and sheen.

Prior to painting walls we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Trim will be painted your choice of color and sheen.

Prior to painting trim we will caulk all open joints, gaps, and seams.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $2,875

Kitchen island: $1,200

Basement stairway: $700

Back stairway: $900

Remy's room- paint ceiling, walls, and trim: $2,400

Office nursery- paint ceiling, walls, and trim: $2,800

Master bedroom- paint ceiling, walls, and trim: $3,500

Living room- paint walls and trim (no ceiling): $2,400

Winter garden room- paint ceiling, walls, and trim: $3,500

First floor powder room- We will use electric orbital sanders to remove as much texture on walls as possible, skim coat with joint compound, sand smooth, prime walls, and paint ceiling, walls, and trim. $1,050

Total for all options: $25,275

While painting we will take precautions to cover flooring, counters, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All sanding will be done with an electric Festool HEPA vacuum dustless sanding system.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
