Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Trim

Trim will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will paint 2 coats your choice of color and sheen.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

Total for complete ceiling, walls, and trim: $6,400

Areas listed below are not included and they will be additional charges:

Applying frosted glass wall paper to French doors.

Any stick-on wall paper on accent walls.

Bench seat area that is going to be altered

A ballpark estimate of these 3 items would be approximately $1,200- $1,500 additional.

We understand the room will be empty, and we will cover off the floor to prevent paint spatter.

All extra paints will be left on site for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
