Exterior - Painting of right side of house

Some of the boards are severely rotted and will need to be replaced. They are beyond repairing.

Smaller woodpecker holes can be filled in.

Will apply 1 coat of siding stain.

Labor and Materials: $1,500

**You should have carpenters replace some of the extremely bad boards while there. If its something they won't do we can do it for an additional cost of $300. This would be replacing only the absolute worst areas.

Interior - Painting of living room

Will paint ceiling, walls and trim in large living room area.

Prior to painting will repair some stress cracks and fill voids/dents in walls.

Labor and Materials: $1,950

**Will be able to assist you moving things to the center of the room if you need help.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
