Exterior

House will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Clapboards on front of house will be sanded using electric orbital sanders to remove as much flaking paint as possible.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration premium paint to match existing color.

Trim on front of house and right side of house

Trim will be prepped as needed and painted.

On right side of house we will be replacing several pieces of trim around windows with pine boards to match existing.

Deck on rear of home

After washed, deck will be sanded and stained with 2 coats of solid color stain in a mid-tone gray color

Labor and Materials: $4,250

Shed and playhouse will be washed free of charge.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
