Exterior Painting - Complete exterior trim painting
All trim on exterior of home will be prepped as needed.
Nail holes will be puttied.
Open joints, gaps and seams particularly around windows will be caulked.
One coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint will be applied.
Wood trim on house will be scraped and sanded as needed.
Bare wood will be spot primed.
Will apply one complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Paint.
Front doors on home will be stained in your choice of color in a Mahogany like finish.
Will be sealed for maximum protection.
Decks on home will be sanded, and will apply an oil base mahogany stain.
Ceilings over deck will be sealed.
Chimney and gable end of house we will need to bring in an Arial lift which is included in this estimate.
Trim around chimney will be painted.
Labor and Materials: $32,500
**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
