House and deck will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew.
Trim and siding:
Scrape and sand loose paint as needed.
Bare wood will be spot primed.
All open gaps and seams will be caulked.
Nail will be pounded in flush.
House and garage doors will be prepped and painted.
Shutters will be removed, prepped, primed and painted.
We will apply paint in a Satin finish.
Labor and material $7,900 (this does not include window sash).
Window sash: we will take storm windows out from inside. Wood sash will be prepped as needed, primed and painted. $70 each
Downspouts will be removed while painting and reinstalled upon completion.
Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.
We will leave all extra paints for touch ups.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.
WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
