Estimate

Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Scope of work - Living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and 1 bedroom

Ceiling -

Ceiling areas damaged by smoke will be primed and painted flat white.

Walls -

Will fill holes and imperfections in walls from wheelchair damage.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color. Recommend Matte finish.

Wood work -

Wood work will be washed, lightly sanded, stained as needed and will apply polyurethane.

Will replace portions of Interior trim damaged from wheel chair. We won't be able to replace it all, but can replace the larger missing pieces particularly in bedroom and hallway.

While painting will take precautions to cover furnishings to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $4,500

Exterior Painting -

Option 2 - Exterior painting of home

Will remove Shutters and paint to match storm door color. Will also paint the Front door to match Storm door color.

Front clapboards will be prepped as needed and painted.

All trim on home will be prepped as needed by sanding.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Decks will be sanded to remove as much flaking paint as possible . And repaint with same color. Will add an anti-slip sand additive.

Front corner board will replace 2 pieces where the corner board is broken.

**While painting will remove downspouts to paint behind and re-install upon completion.

**Shutters will be installed upon completion.

**Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

**Will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, landscaping etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $5,800

Option 3 - Shed in back of home

Trim will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration.

We realize there is a lot of rot on trim and will need to be replaced as well as 3 rows of shingles along bottom of shed particularly on side facing house.

This estimate will include painting trim and replacing rotted wood and shingles, purchasing material and disposing of rotted materials.

Labor and Materials: $2,125

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
