Exterior -

Exterior of house will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew and will power wash fence.

All exterior siding after thoroughly dried from soft wash, will be painted or stained depending on what was previously used in one coat of same color.

Will apply using a brush and roll technique. Will not be sprayed. This will provide for a longer lasting paint job.

**Please note we will not be painting any trim on house.

Labor and Materials: $5,900

Additional Option -

To replace shingles on higher portion of house as discussed.

Will remove all shingles, dispose of, apply Tyvek house wrap and install new shingles.

Labor and Materials: $3,500

Total Project: $9,400

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
