Exterior Painting - Trim on Home

Trim will be sanded as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams caulked.

Mildew on trim will be hand washed using a mild bleach solution.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint to all trim.

Front door will be either primed and painted or stained your choice.

Labor and Materials: $8,900

Additional Options -

Option 1 -

Bulkhead will be sanded using an electric orbital sander.

Rust areas will be spot primed.

Bulkhead will be painted black.

Labor and Materials: $125

Option 2 -

Replace rotted wood.

Noticed 3 - 4 pieces of rotted wood on home. These will be cut out and replaced using an Azek composite product that will not rot.

Labor and Materials: $350

**Note - We will take precautions on roof, walkways, plants, shrubs, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
