Option 1- Interior painting of water stains/ ceilings

Water stain on large living room ceiling as well as water stain on 3rd floor will be sealed out with 2 coats of BIN primer sealer.

Area on 3rd floor section may need to be cut out if sheet rock is severely damaged.

We will paint ceiling in affected areas with flat white paint.

We will only be doing the immediate area and squaring off at the first breaking point as we discussed. Not to do complete ceiling.

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc.

Labor and Materials for Option 1: $1,450

Option 2- Painting of all shingles on 3 sides of house as well as on sides of dormers on front of house.

Shingles will be prepped as needed.

We will replace broken or missing shingles, appropriately 4 bundles (1 square).

Shingles will be sprayed so we can get the paint in between the cracks of the shingles and back rolled to work it into the wood grain for a much longer lasting finish.

Windows will be taped off and deck will be covered to prevent overspray while painting shingles.

Wood trim- we noticed several pieces are rotted. We will replace approximately 6-8 pieces to rotted trim boards as needed and all white trim on 3 sides of home will be painted. (All trim will be painted in the areas where we will be painting shingles.)

We will not be painting trim or clapboards on front of house.

Labor and Materials for Option 2: $12,500

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
