Exterior Painting - House and shed

House -

New clapboards that were installed with steel nails will be primed with a Sherwin Williams Rust inhibitor primer.

Nails that were sunk to deep in clapboards will be puttied.

Clapboards on home will be rolled & back brushed not sprayed in 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic siding stain in your choice of color.

Trim on home -

Will be sanded as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint in your choice of color.

Doors on house will be prepped and painted.

Main house door will be painted in your choice of color.

Will remove 5 lights to paint behind. If you purchase new lights we will hang them for you as long as the holes and connections all line up.

Deck on side of house -

Will lightly wash to remove dirt and mildew.

Will sand with an electric orbital sander.

Paint in your choice of color.

Chimney on house will be prepped as needed. Any bare bricks will be primed with a masonry primer and painted your choice of color to match house color scheme. If you decide to have a mason fix the bricks before we start any repairs the chimney will be primed with masonry primer prior to painting.

Shed -

Shed will be prepped.

Severely peeling areas will be sanded with electric orbital sander.

Painted with same color scheme as home.

Labor and Materials: $10,500

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
