Trim on front of house, both sides, partial area on back. (We realize that the back and windows on garage side have been recently painted and this will not be included in our quote.)

Peeling paint will be sanded as needed

Heavier peeling spots will be sanded using electric orbital sanders.

All trim in these areas will be completely primed with Sherwin Williams Prep Rite primer and top coated with 1 coat Sherwin Williams satin Duration white premium paint.

*We will not be doing any rot replacement on the home as we understand you have a carpenter that will handle this

*If the home is shingled before we paint, it will be cut in and there will be no paint on the shingles.

While painting we will take precautions to use drop cloths to contain as much flaking paint as possible.

Labor and Materials $3,400

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
