Estimate

Interior- Scope of work to include first floor hallways in medical building that currently have wallpaper.

Wallpaper will be removed and disposed of.

We will thoroughly sand off as much wallpaper paste residue as possible using a Festool dustless sanding system.

Walls will be completely primed with oil based Kilz primer to seal out any of the older wallpaper paste areas.

We will apply knock down texture using joint compound.

Once texture is completely dry, walls will be primed with Sherwin Williams latex primer tinted to the color of the topcoat.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams premium paint to walls in your choice of color and sheen.

Upon completion we will leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

We realize cove moldings will be removed at the time of this project.

This project is limited to walls only- we will not be painting any doors or door casings.

Labor and Materials: $27,775

Because of the fumes of the Kilz primer, we would do this in off-hours or over the weekend so the building can be adequately aired out.

Upon winning bid of this contract we will provide you with our Workers Comp liability as well as a W9 for tax purposes.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
