Estimate

Exterior Painting - Painting of home

Will soft wash exterior of home to remove dirt and mildew.

Peeling areas will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

All siding on home will have 2 coats of either Sherwin Williams Woodscapes or Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint applied depending on which product was previously used.

Trim on home will be painted 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint in your choice of color.

We noticed rear deck is PVC and will not be painted.

Downspouts will be removed while painting and re-installed upon completion.

House opposite side of garage is severely peeling and we will use electric orbital sanders to sand down and remove as much loose flaking paint as possible.

Shutters will be removed and re-installed upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Labor and Materials: $12,520

**Will leave any left over paints for future touch ups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
