Exterior -

Option 1 - Exterior of home

Complete exterior of home will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew using a mild bleach, TSP and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants and shrubbery.

Siding and trim on home will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Open joints gaps and seams will be caulked.

Trim and clapboards will have 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint applied, color to remain white.

Chimney on home will be repaired, prepped and painted 2 coats of white.

Shutters on home will be removed, painted black and re-installed upon completion.

Mahogany decks will be soft washed, sanded and will have 1 coat of Mahogany Stain applied.

Downspouts will be removed while painting and re-installed upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $27,500

Option 2 - Rot replacement

We charge $75 per man hour for carpentry/rot replacement. We estimate at this time 2 men should be able to get all the rot replaced in a 40 hour week plus cost of materials.

Labor and Materials: $7,500

**Please note: Once we start the rot replacement, we are not sure what we could run into until we get started with the project. It is possible we could find more issues as we proceed causing the total to go up depending on what we find.

**Note: While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
