Option 1 - Exterior shutters

All exterior shutters will be removed, brought to our shop and painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

We understand the anchors that are mounted to the front shutters will be removed and disposed of and will not be reinstalled. We will fill in holes.

Upon completion we will bring the shutters out and reinstall them to their current positions.

Labor and Materials: $1,600

Option 2 - Bedroom and bathroom #5

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $650

Option 3 - Bedroom and bathroom #7

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $600

Option 4 - Hallway, stairway and small upstairs hallway

Will remove wallpaper.

Wash off wallpaper paste.

Walls will be primed and painted in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,250

Option 5 -

Purchase 1 gallon of paint for $70 and will do 1 hour of touchups at no charge on wood work.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
