Estimate

Exterior- Scope of work to include complete exterior painting of building

Soft Wash

Building will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew particularly the back side and alley area. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Trim

All trim will be prepped as needed by scraping and sanding loose flaking paint.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint to all trim.

Siding

All siding will be prepped as needed by scraping and sanding.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration premium paint to all yellow siding.

*We will not be painting any of the windows as they are vinyl.

Shutters will be removed and reinstalled upon completion. We will not be painting them.

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways etc. to contain as much flaking paint as possible and to prevent paint spatter.

We understand the shops will be open while we are working and we will take all necessary precautions.

Labor and Materials: $48,725

We will require a $10,000 deposit to get project started and the remaining $38,725 to be paid upon completion

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
