Interior Painting - Complete interior of existing home

Ceilings will be prepped as needed.

Loose flaking paint will be sanded and feathered in with joint compound.

We know they are calcimine ceilings and will need to be treated accordingly and painted flat white.

Wood work in home will be sanded using electric orbital sanders to smooth out as best as possible.

Apply a coat of bonding primer and top coat with regal select semi-gloss paint in your choice of color.

Prior to painting will caulk open joints, gaps and seams for a seamless finish.

Walls will be patched as needed, completely sanded.

Patched areas will be primed and will apply 2 complete coats of Benjamin Regal Select Matte finish paint.

We realize you purchased paint and we will use as much as possible for the first coat.

Painting will include all ceilings, walls and trim including closets, front interior porch area, stairway, etc.

Scope of work will not include any new work or kitchen that has not yet been built.

Labor and Materials: $8,450

**Upon completion will leave any extra paints for future touch ups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
