Estimate

Exterior:

Front of house will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Shutters will be removed, painted black and re-installed upon completion. When installing we will use new fasteners.

Front clapboards will be sanded with electric orbital sanders.

Clapboards will be completely primed and painted with one coat of Sherwin Williams Premium flat paint.

Areas where clapboards meet corner boards or windows will be caulked.

Wood window sash will be prepped and painted.

Front door casing will be prepped and painted.

Cable tv wire above downspout in front of house will be cut and hole patched and touched up.

**Note this estimate does not include painting of any trim because it is Azek.

Labor and Materials: $2,450

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
