Estimate

Exterior Painting of Home - Scope of work to include exterior painting of all exterior trim, siding and window.

Will scrape and sand as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim and windows, this will include window sash.

Clapboards on home (2 sides & front) will be sanded using random electric orbital sanders to remove as much loose and flaking paint as possible.

The 2 sides and front will be completely primed using a Sherwin Williams high grade primer.

All 4 sides on house will be painted with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint. (Back of house is not peeling and will only require 1 coat as discussed.)

During the prep process will replace approximately 5-6 pieces of rot. 1 to include front window sill, 1 on left side gable end and another in back of house that will require us to pull gutter off and install a new fascia board and re-install gutter, there are approximately 2 other small rot replacements on house.

Labor and Materials: $9,500

Shutters will be removed during the painting process. If you would like shutters painted while they are off -

Will prime with Sherwin Williams primer and paint 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Paint and re-install upon completion.

Front door will be painted black to match shutters.

Labor and Materials: $400

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
