Estimate

Painting of Kitchen Cabinets

All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed.

We will wash them to remove any debris and grease.

Doors and drawer fronts will be brought back to our shop. Pieces that can't be removed such as frames, end panels etc. will be left in place.

All cabinet parts will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, primed with BIN primer sealer and painted 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams Emerald premium paint- we recommend satin finish.

Doors and drawer fronts will be sprayed. Parts that cannot be removed will be brushed and rolled with a fine foam mini roller to mimic spray finish.

Once everything is dry we will reinstall upon completion and leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

Painting of Kitchen Island

We will thoroughly sand to ensure good paint adhesion, then prime with a high quality primer and top coat with Sherwin Williams Urethane Emerald paint in your choice of color in either a satin or semigloss finish- we recommend satin. The island will be painted by brush and fine foam roller (not sprayed).

To do this process, we will need to remove doors and drawers as well as handles, and we will reinstall them upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $1,250

**This estimate includes all cabinets being the same color. If you would like to add a second color to the upper cabinets/ lower cabinets/ island/ etc. it would be an additional $400.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
