Estimate

Complete Interior Painting

All ceilings will be painted flat white.

Woodwork in home will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Areas where knots are bleeding will have BIN primer sealer applied.

We will apply 2 complete topcoats of either Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams semigloss paint- color to be White Dove. This will be all trim as well as beadboard areas.

All walls in home- we will fill minor holes and imperfections and paint 2 coats in either a matte or eggshell finish with either Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paint- color to be Edgecomb Gray

While painting we will take precautions to cover flooring, cabinetry, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $7,900

Option 2- Exterior

All shutters on home will be removed, primed, painted, and reinstalled upon completion.

2 handrails by front door will be sanded and painted black.

Bulkhead will be primed with a Rustoleum primer and painted your choice of color/ slate gray.

Exterior doors on home will be prepped and painted your choice of color.

Back door awning will be prepped by sanding, then primed and painted gray.

Labor and Materials for Option 2- $1,850

Total Labor and Materials: $9,750

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
