Interior

Areas to be painted will consist of all rooms including closets. The only room in the entire home that will not be painted is the first floor bathroom.

Holes and imperfections in walls will be filled with joint compound and sanded smooth.

All open joints, gaps and seams in woodwork will be caulked for a smooth, uniform finish.

Ceilings in home will be painted 1 coat of flat white.

Trim will be painted 1 coat in a semigloss finish to match existing color.

Walls in main area will be painted 1 coat Benjamin Moore matte finish.

Large area throughout first floor of home will have 1 coat. We realize some of the other rooms may require 2 coats due to a color change.

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors and furnishings to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials $7,900

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
