Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Kitchen cabinets under sink

These cabinets will be prepped, doors removed and painted on both sides.

Will paint trim around cabinet doors.

And re-install upon completion.

This estimate also includes touching up various chips throughout kitchen.

**Note- while touching up we cannot be held responsible if paint does not blend in perfectly.

Labor and Materials: $1,200

Option 2 - Paint all cabinets in complete kitchen

Doors and drawers will be removed.

Prepped and painted to match existing color.

Re-install and upon completion we will adjust as needed.

Labor and Materials: $6,000

Option 3 - Large living room with water damage

Large living room will be completely repainted due to water damage.

Once wood trim is installed -

Will putty nail holes.

Caulk open joints, gaps and seams.

Ceilings will be primed and painted flat white.

Walls will be primed and painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Trim will be painted to match existing color scheme.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
