Estimate

Soft wash

House will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $450

Shingles on all sides of home

Shingles will either be stained 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Woodscapes or painted 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint, depending on which products were previously used.

Labor and Materials: $3,900

Trim

Trim on home will be prepped as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Labor and Materials: $2,200

Deck on rear of home

We will apply 1 coat of clear coat sealer to rear deck.

Labor and Materials: $475

While painting/ staining we will take precautions to cover walkways, plantings, shrubbery, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future reference and touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
