Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Painting of all walls and closets in house, not to include 2 bathrooms

Will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Closets will be painted flat white.

While painting will take precautions to cover new floors if installed at time of painting.

Labor and Materials: $3,900

Option 2 - Baseboards - after flooring company is done and baseboards re-installed

Will putty all nail holes.

Caulk open joints gaps and seams.

Paint all baseboards to match existing paint color as well as paint all heaters in home.

Labor and Materials: $850

Option 3 - Basement stairway walls

Will skim coat walls 2 coats to a more uniform smooth finish.

Will have to adjust handrail to do this.

Cornerbead will be added to bottom of stairway for a finished look.

Once skim coating complete and walls dried, will paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $725

Option 4 - Basement floor

Will prep to remove any loose flaking paint.

Swept clean.

Will apply 2 coats of epoxy paint in a standard slate gray finish.

Will not be adding flakes to paint.

Labor and Materials: $1,775

When doing basement will move shelving from one side to the other or possibly put outside while floor is being painted.

Upon completion will leave any extra paints there for future touch ups.

Total for all options $7,250

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
