Exterior

House will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Trim

All trim will be prepped as needed and then painted.

We will paint the shutters and front door.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

Additional option- If you would like to have the other 3 sides of home stained after being soft washed, it would be an additional $1,900

Labor and Materials for all options: $4,800

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
