Interior Painting -

Option 1 -

First floor dining room trim and ceiling currently black will be primed and painted 2 coats of white semi-gloss.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

1st floor bathroom walls, upper walls above beadboard will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Master bedroom on 2nd floor - ceiling that is currently black will be primed and painted 2 coats of flat white.

Wood work in room that is currently black will be primed and painted 2 coats of white semi-gloss.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Master bathroom walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

Option 2 -

Two upstairs bedrooms across the hall from each other. Will remove wallpaper from 1 wall in each room.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $950

Option 3 -

Third floor of home ceiling will be painted 1 coat of flat white .

Small stains in art room area will be sealed prior to painting.

Walls on complete 3rd floor including stairway will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

Option 4 -

All heaters in home, will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion and sprayed 2 coats of a rust inhibitive metal paint.

Labor and Materials: $725

Option 5 -

All other walls in home not listed in the above options which include the common areas, 1st floor living, kitchen, stairway, upstairs hallway, bathroom and room over garage will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $3,000

**Please note prior to painting walls we will fill minor holes and imperfections. All floors will be covered to prevent paint spatter. Switch plate covers will be removed and re-installed upon completion. Any extra left over paints will be left for future touchups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
