Interior

Ceilings

All interior ceilings on home will be painted flat white

Walls

We will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls and sand to a smooth finish.

Repaired areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 2 complete coats of either Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paint in your choice of color and sheen- we recommend matte finish.

Trim

All trim in home will be prepared by washing if needed and sanding as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of either Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams semigloss white paint.

While painting we will take precautions to cover flooring with drop cloths to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion, house will be left in clean condition, and all extra paints will be left for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $13,500

Additional Options

Ceiling Repairs- Where smoke detectors will be taken out

Each hole will be patched, textured to match existing ceiling, and painted to blend in

Labor and Materials: $40 each

Basement Floor

Basement floor in house will be thoroughly vacuumed and painted 2 coats of One Component Latex Epoxy in a standard slate gray color.

Labor and Materials: $1,950

Basement Concrete Walls

Walls will be swept down to remove any dust/ debris and painted with 2 coats of DryLok moisture barrier sealer.

Labor and Materials: $2,500

Garage Walls and Ceiling

Garage walls and ceiling will be painted 1 coat of flat white paint.

Labor and Materials: $1,125

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
