Estimate

Option 1- Interior painting of stairway to bottom of stairs, hallway, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and 3 season room on back of house.

Ceilings

Water stains in ceiling will be sealed out. Heavier water stained areas will require multiple coats of BIN primer sealer.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams flat paint to all ceilings.

Ceiling in 3 season room will not be painted.

Walls

Walls will be sanded to remove as much of the old wallpaper debris as possible.

All minor holes and imperfections will be filled.

We will apply 2 coats of paint in your choice of color.

Woodwork

Woodwork that is currently stained will not be painted.

We will only be painting woodwork that has been previously painted.

Kitchen cabinets

We will remove door hardware, hinges, etc.

All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be thoroughly washed.

We will apply 1 coat of a bonding primer and 2 top coats in your choice of color.

Doors and drawer fronts will be reinstalled upon completion.

One area that has large piece of Formica on wall in kitchen will be primed painted to match walls.

Labor and Materials: $3,900

Option 2- 2 bedrooms

Walls

Walls will be lightly sanded.

Minor holes and imperfections will be filled.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Please note this does not include closets, ceilings, or trim. It is limited to walls only.

Labor and Materials: $700

Option 3- Fix window in bedroom that is currently leaking

We will remove inner casing, cut out bad piece of sheetrock, caulk around the window with silicone caulking, caulk around the outside with silicone caulking, replace the sheetrock, and reinstall the existing casing.

Labor and Materials: $400

Option 4- Exterior soft washing of home

Exterior of house will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Please note this does not include washing of the roof as we do not want to take the risk of causing any leaks.

Labor and Materials: $525

Total Labor and Materials: $5,525

If you would like to do all the options, we can defer payment at no additional charge for 4 months or until your house sells- whichever comes first.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
