Complete soft wash of home using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent that will not harm landscaping.
If you have the screens removed at the time of soft wash we can wash windows while doing house. If you can leave the screens piled up outside we will wash them at same time.
We will re-attach both casing by front on garage and one piece near window with screws where it is falling off.
Three gable vents on home will be primed and painted.
Door going into garage will be primed and painted.
Will replace missing vent covers.
Iron railing outside of home will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion and painted black.
Will replace 1 row of shingles on right side of house under window were they are currently falling off.
Labor and Materials: $3,500
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
